Tesla Truth
Many belittle Tesla, in reality they are a giant in the making
It is hard to see the future, so many people struggle to understand Tesla. The company is Elon’s workshop, for all things between space and medical, to build a brighter future. Their first goal was to help us transition to sustainable electric transport, a process that’s now well underway. Then power generation needed to become sustainable, so they created grid scale battery storage systems, that allow solar and wind farms to produce power at night or when there’s insufficient wind, respectively. Personal transport is expensive and only used a fraction of the time, so they created Robotaxi, a driver-less transport service that doesn’t require car ownership, is low cost and available 24-7.
“The [Robotaxi] service area is currently doubling every 21 days.” ~ Hans C Nelson/X
Last but not least they are developing Optimus, an intelligent humanoid robot to free us from manual chores and repetitive work.
Compared to the bright future presented by Tesla, the mass media misinformation appears dark and increasingly desperate.

What is Tesla
Many believe Tesla is just a car company, because they like to reason by analogy. However, Elon Musk doesn’t set up companies, he establishes cultures for developing advanced technologies. The 2012 Model S, Tesla’s first saloon car, was so advanced every Electric Vehicle (EV) entrepreneur in China bought one to copy it. The company’s diversification into domestic solar power, grid scale storage, Robotaxi and Optimus robots would have been impossible for a car company, but par for the course for Tesla because their product is tech development.
Tesla spends a shocking amount on R&D ($4,54bn in 2024), fortunately this is balanced by the relatively high margins they receive for their advanced products. And despite what mass media say, demand remains high, even in challenging markets.
“The highlight of the month was Tesla getting #1 and #2 [EV sales in Europe] in June. The Model 3 ended in the 2nd spot, but was still well behind the current EV superstar, the Tesla Model Y.” ~ Clean Technica
“Tesla delivered 71,599 vehicles in China last month, of which 44,848 were retail sales of the Model Y, according to data from China’s Passenger Car Association (CPCA). It was the best-selling model across all powertrains in June, after it had been the best-selling SUV in the prior month.” ~ EV.com
Some months might be up or down but Tesla will eventually win the race because they’re faster on their feet…
Tesla’s mastery of technology is a two edged sword; it ensures they sell superior products, and make them more efficiently through hyper automated manufacturing.
